On trend: NOLO<\/strong><\/h4>\n

In recent years, the popularity of non-alcoholic beverages has grown enormously. This trend is known as NOLO (NO alcohol\u2019 and \u2018LOw alcohol\u2019)<\/em> and is only expected to continue in the coming years. The consumption of non-alcoholic and low-alcohol beverages is increasing enormously worldwide. The IWSR Domestic Volume Report NL 2020 shows that there are several explanations for this: drinking NOLO<\/em> is healthier, it has a more positive image than before and the quality of available beverages is improving all the time. Vilarnau, no small name in the wine world, has taken up the challenge and has used the latest innovative techniques to market the bubble without alcohol, but full of flavor. First, the sparkling wine is made according to the \u2018normal\u2019 process. Then the alcohol is removed from the wine by means of de-alcoholization. In this way, the characteristic fruity aromas of the wine are retained. Two variants will be launched on the market: a brut and a ros\u00e9.  Brut <\/strong>The sturdy bottle with a sleek blue label is the white variant, made from the parellada and macabeo grapes. Light yellow, with a very fine and persistent bubble. In the nose mainly apple and floral fruit aromas, such as elderflower, with a sweet tone of fresh almond. Balanced, fresh, creamy and with a long-lasting aftertaste.  Ros\u00e9 <\/strong>The eye-catching pink bottle is the ros\u00e9 variant, made from the garnacha grape. This attractive light pink Cava has a refined bubble. In the nose wild red fruits, such as raspberries and strawberries, together with floral notes and tropical fruit.
