Especially for the month of January, Stefan Sumual – known from cocktail bar Feijoa and winner of Entree’s Best Bartender Award 2022 – has developed three alcohol-free cocktail recipes with Tanqueray 0.0 as the main ingredient.

Holiday Sunburn

Supplies: copa glass, cocktail shaker and toothpick for garnish. Ingredients

  • Tanqueray 0.0 – 50 ml
  • Lime juice – 30 ml
  • Cucumber – 3 pieces
  • Pineapple – 6 cubes
  • Orgeat (almond) syrup – 20 ml
  • Ginger bear to top off with
  • Garnish: skewer with slices of cucumber & pineapple

Preparation

  1. Mash the cucumber and pineapple and fill the cocktail shaker with it
  2. Add the Tanqueray 0.0, lime juice and orgeade syrup
  3. Fill the cocktail shaker with ice and shake away!
  4. Pour the cocktail into a copa glass
  5. Fill the glass with plenty of ice
  6. Top the cocktail with ginger beer
  7. Place cucumber and pineapple skewer as garnish

Tanqueray 0.0 dry January cocktails

Pink Holiday

Supplies: coppa glass, cocktail shaker and toothpick for garnish. Ingredients

  • Tanqueray 0.0 – 50 ml
  • Raspberries – 3 pieces
  • Lemon juice – 30 ml
  • Sugar syrup – 20 ml
  • Tonic water to top off with
  • Garnish: lemon zest & raspberries on a toothpick

Preparation

  1. Mash the raspberries and fill the cocktail shaker with them
  2. Add the Tanqueray 0.0, lemon juice and sugar syrup
  3. Fill the cocktail shaker with ice and shake away!
  4. Pour the cocktail into a copa glass
  5. Fill the glass with plenty of ice
  6. Top the cocktail off with tonic water
  7. Place lemon peel and raspberry skewer as garnish

Green Light

Supplies: coupe glass, cocktail shaker and fine strainer (cocktail strainer) Ingredients

  • Tanqueray 0.0 – 50 ml
  • Basil – 9 leaves
  • Ginger juice – 5 ml
  • Lime juice – 30 ml
  • Sugar syrup – 20 ml
  • Garnish: piece of ginger and/or basil leaf

Preparation

  1. Mash the basil leaves and fill the cocktail shaker with them
  2. Add the Tanqueray 0.0, ginger juice, lime juice and sugar syrup
  3. Fill the cocktail shaker with ice and shake away!
  4. Pour the cocktail into a coupe glass via a fine strainer
  5. Place piece of ginger or basil leaf as garnish
